Meet Greg Kiger

Greg is a NASM certified Nutrition Coach, one with quite a story.

Seven years ago Greg was hit with a life changing surprise – a stage four cancer diagnosis and with it, narrow odds of surviving. Greg immediately quit his job set off on a quest to learn everything he could about regaining health through diet and nutrition. Thanks to those efforts, today Greg enjoys life and optimal good health.

Greg firmly believes food really is the best medicine, along with exercise, good sleep and stress management. Greg brings all this and more into sharp focus for his health coaching clients. Drawing from our shared evolutionary biology to the latest scientific research Greg offers clients an evidence based consensus approach that’s both practical and delicious.
