Dr. Horzempa is consulting with a cutting edge Residential Assisted Living home called Circle of Friends. This is an exciting partnership aimed at improving the quality of life and health of elderly individuals. More specifically, the goal is to implement the Bredesen ReCODE Protocol among the residents. Ultimately, the hope is to improve cognitive function. This is a comprehensive, holistic way to address dementia care with a focus on nutrition, movement, stress reduction practices and optimizing sleep and circadian rhythms.
